Burning car in Látrány: panic on the shores of Lake Balaton 🔥

In Látrány, located on the southern shore of Lake Balaton, the complete burning of a passenger car in Alkotás Street caused serious alarm. The volunteer firefighters from Látrány who arrived at the scene immediately controlled the flames with two water jets, thus preventing the fire from spreading to nearby buildings and vehicles.

The intervention was led by the municipal firefighters from Balatonboglár, who worked together with the Látrány units on site. Fortunately, the car owner was not injured, but the vehicle was completely destroyed. Currently, the follow-up work is underway: the firefighters are working on bringing the area to a safe condition.
