The Somogy County Police released details of the incident on Monday, emphasizing that an electric scooter is not dangerous in itself – it is the manner of use and irresponsibility that make it so.

The authorities are now particularly warning Balaton holidaymakers and locals: parents should not allow underage children to use high-performance vehicles if they are not familiar with the basic rules of the Highway Code.
