Balatonakarattya, one of the popular resorts on the northern shore of Lake Balaton, is once again taking steps to boost local tourism and community life. The municipality's local government has now announced two important real estate utilization tenders, which directly affect the settlement's most popular waterfront areas.

One tender concerns the utilization of a 250 square meter part of the 1500 square meter property with plot number 2759/17 located on Kisfaludy promenade. In addition, a tender has also been announced for the operation of the rental property at Bercsényi beach (plot no. 3534/6), which offers an excellent opportunity for local entrepreneurs to provide quality services to guests on the Balaton shore.

The settlement has also announced the Bursa Hungarica Higher Education Municipal Scholarship Tender, which supports the further education of local youth. This initiative is particularly important in the Balaton region, where, in addition to seasonal tourism, there is a need for qualified professionals for long-term development.
