The prosecutor's office proposed detention for the driver due to the risk of flight and hindering evidence. However, the Kaposvári District Court ordered only one month of criminal supervision with the use of a tracking device. The prosecutor's office appealed the decision, so the Kaposvári Court will make the final decision on second instance.

Such cases cause serious concern among the residents of Siófok and the surrounding settlements.
