Felsőörs new website launched – Discover the pearl of Balaton! 🌊

The ragweed pollen concentration remains exceptionally high in the settlements around Lake Balaton, including Felsőörs, based on September measurements. According to data from the National Center for Public Health and Pharmacy, the problem also affects residents in the region, making the responsibility of local property owners particularly important.

Under the applicable laws, every owner is obliged to carry out ragweed mowing on their own property. According to the provisions of Act XLVI of 2008 on the food chain and official supervision, failure to do so may result in legal consequences.

In Felsőörs and other settlements on the Balaton shore, it is recommended to take care of weed control as soon as possible so that the air quality remains enjoyable even in the late summer period. 🌿
