Balatonkenese City Protection Association Celebrated Its 35th Anniversary on September 14

In Balatonkenese, the City Protection Association held its birthday celebration on September 14. The association is 35 years old, yet this year it is already in its 36th year. Several factors hindered the celebration.

At the invitation of president Tamás Szabó, the past and present of the association were recalled. The organization has been operating since 1990; its members are craftsmen and volunteers who work for Balatonkenese.

Like other long-established associations, they promote the settlement’s reputation, quality of life, culture and love of nature.
