Siófok Conducts Aerial LiDAR Survey and Data Reconciliation

The Municipality of Siófok City conducted an aerial LiDAR survey in the area of the settlement. The survey made with active remote sensing technology enabled the rapid and highly accurate data collection of large areas.

The obtained information is compared with the existing records. In order to clarify the discrepancies, data reconciliation notices are sent to the affected property owners, and the inquiries are arriving continuously.

The more accurate data supports asset management, preparation of developments, maintenance of public areas, environmental protection tasks, and proportional public burden sharing.
