Mysterious fire in Keszthely: what was burning in the garage? 🔥

Keszthely, one of the most significant settlements in the western basin of Lake Balaton, has once again proven that the local professional firefighters respond quickly to unexpected situations. A fire broke out in an approximately twenty-square-meter garage on Buzogány Street, which ignited in its entirety.

The flames also spread to the firewood stored next to it, so the firefighters had to fight on two fronts. The city’s professional firefighters arrived at the scene immediately and began extinguishing the fire in the immediate vicinity of the populated area.

Such incidents in the Lake Balaton coastal settlements deserve special attention, as many people stay in the area during the summer season, and rapid intervention is crucial to prevent larger spread. 🚒

The firefighters are still working to contain the flames in order to minimize environmental and material damage in the Lake Balaton coastal community. It is important for local residents to call the 112 emergency number immediately in similar cases.
