Free art therapy group starts in Keszthely for retirees and seniors

Keszthely is launching a free art therapy group for retirees and seniors. The six-session series begins on November 5, 2026, at KuLT TÉR, led by Tímea Szabolcs, based on the Katarzisz Complex Art Therapy approach.

During the sessions, participants can express their feelings, thoughts and memories using colors, shapes and various creative materials. The classes may be complemented by relaxation, music and connection to nature, with the emphasis on the creative process.

No artistic background is required to participate. Registration is possible by phone with Ibolya Klaczné Tar.
