Balaton's tastiest cookie has been chosen – here is the winner! 🍪

The recognition for Balaton's cookie went to the blueberry-raspberry Kék Balaton, prepared by Gevlich Liliia at the Ensana Thermal Hotel in Hévíz. The blackberry mousse, raspberry and olive oil based dessert with its wavy shape and white chocolate coating evokes the surface of the lake and the morning light play.

In the allergen-free category, the similarly Hévíz-based Mozart Cukrászat Balatoni hab fantasy-named pastry came first, the work of Rábai Anita and Rosta Sándor. 27 entries made with local flavors from the Balaton region arrived for the VisitBalaton365 competition.
